Weed identification

I've searched through various BC roadside weed lists, using colour, shape etc. and have come up with zip. Could anyone tell me the name of the roadside plant in the attached photo? The leaves alternate and are wavy and not lobed. The flower is a set of fuzzy cones, purple/pink in colour, looking somewhat like someone's hand giving you the finger.
