| Several choices: 1. Sever the sprout's stem, and immediately paint weed killer (Blackberry and Brush Killer) on the cut surface of the stub that remains in the ground. 2. And/or continue pulling/removing whenever you see new sprouts. Whatever your method of removal, you will need to remain alert and deal with "leftovers" as they show up. Your goal is to starve the roots which are the source of the sprouts. This is your new hobby for the next several years.
