What Kind of Weed is This?

This weed sprouted up in our garden over the summer. It is about 5 feet tall, but started as a low ground spreading weed. We uprooted most of the others before they grew stalks, but left this one because we were curious about what it was. It now has tiny yellow flowers and large odd-shaped seed pouches. It smells a little bit like citronella.
Can anyone identify this plant?
