Any chance of a clear pic of the foliage? Any info on flowers? Looks like this one may have been mowed off earlier?

Yeah, it got mowed last week. I should have taken a picture before I mowed it, but I just had the thought to post the picture yesterday.

Picture is with my phone. I'll take a picture with the camera and post it soon.

Compare to netseed lambsquarters (aka pitseed goosefoot), Chenopodium berlandieri. The picture of the plant by the fence is very similar.

Well, I ended up taking it to the extension office and they said it was kochia. It's an annual, so I'm not sure if I should bother to pull them up to prevent seeding. The extension office said they already dropped many seeds, so maybe I'll just let them die over the winter.

Speaking from a position of complete ignorance of your region I do not think the plant in pic.2 is the same as the others. It looks like regular Chenopodium album.

All pictures except #3 are kochia, #3 is lambsquarters.

I assume you mean number 2. 1, 3, 4 are the same individual.
