QUESTION:: does anone know of any seeds that i can throw out or plants i can plant that will over run the weeds and power them out eventually??? i have several sunset lantanas that i am thinking about plainting about 50 cuttings to see if that helps.....ANY SUGGESTIONS???? kitty

If the degree of slope is fairly shallow plunking down some newspaper down and covering that with a good, thick mulch will help. If the slope is steep that may not stay in place.

If you can keep it mowed and it has good light, grass will out compete the weeds in a year or two.

I'm pretty sure there are some cover crops out there with weed suppressing agents but you'd have to ask others out there for what the names are
