Unknown weed? Or mimosa tree?

This plant reminds me of the mimosa tree, but what is strange is the plant has small bead like growths underneath the stems. The plant stems are a redish color then fade to green. Anyone have a clue? Thanks in advance.

Something like this popped up a while ago - check at the link below & see if you have either sesbania (not sure of the spelling) or chamberbitters.

Here is a link that might be useful: Weeds forum post on similar weed

Thanks guys. I would have never found out what it was with out your help. I was thinking to keep it possibly if it was Mimosa, but since it is a weed I will do away with it. lol.
