They are a member of the "Compositae" family of plants from which Daisy's come. Whether they are a "weed" depends. If these are plants you do not want growing where you do not want them then they are "weeds" and you can eliminate them if you wish. If these are plants that you want but are growing where you do not want them then transplanting may be an option.
