QUestion about bunnies

Yesterday I thought it was quite comical that in the middle of a fast but nasty thunderstorm, the neighborhood bunnies were out all over the lawn, eating away as if nothing was happening. They would occasionally give a shake like a dog does when it is wet. I just thought it odd, that they might have wanted to take cover instead. Maybe clover tastes better wet?
