Unknown Animal Feces in Garage

For the last few weeks we haave been finding these animal feces in our garage- just 6 or 7 separate droppings on different occasions.

They are about 1-1.5" in length, 1/2" in diameter, and look to contain small berries or roughage. The confusing part is that we really don't have any open entry into our garage, aside from the garage door itself, which remains closed most of the time. We do have a toad or two that hang out in the garage every night, so small animals (toad size) obviously can get in and out through the small gaps between the garage door and the tracks. The toads have been here all summer long on a nightly basis, so whatever is leaving the feces probably isn't there for the toads.

I've dug all around the net and can't identify these.

I attached a photo containing 2 of the droppings- both are the same approximate size (one photo has scale).

I'm in southeast PA, Chester County.

Thanks for the help,

RE: Unknown Animal Feces in Garage

I would guess that this is a woodchuck/groundhog. I also live in Chester county, and if I leave my garage door open, the local woodchuck is curious enough to wander in and look around. This probably happened when you were not looking.
You would know if an animal of that size was still in your garage, since the scat is large.
