need snake id please

I was digging a hole to plant a tree and this came out. I looked on a few snake sites for Georgia. Is this an oak snake?

Thanks for any help.

Nice looking snake! It's an Eastern Garter Snake with poorly defined stripes. It's a pretty neat looking snake. Very nice pattern and coloration.
