2. Landscape Help. Water drainage ^.^

Hi again:

20mi NW of Philly (zone 7?)
Does anyone have any creative landscaping ideas?

On the side of the house, there is a water pipe that flows out a lot of water, as you can see by all the green grass (it is Mar 5).

I was thinking about putting a wildlife pond there, but sometimes, the rain flows down a lot. There is even a hole that has formed with water.
