Hello. I am very new to gardening and I love the idea of a wildlife garden. I want something geared mainly towards amphibians and reptiles. And insects. We have a Russian Tortoise that I would like to create an enclosure/habitat for. We also have a mountain horned dragon and a cornsnake(they will stay indoors in their tanks).

There is a nice corner in my backyard that looks lke it will grow just about anything. There are various kinds of oak and pine trees, honeysuckle, and some other things I cant identify along the fence line. The growth is very dense. Should I try and remove anything, or just add to what is already there?

Any ideas will be welcome.
