what the heck is going on with this site????!!!

Ok. this is crazy. I posted the thread about my prothonotary warbler experience this morning. I just got on here, looked around, and it was gone. I had copy/pasted the exact same thread over on the birder's forums. It isn't there either. Now, after I reentered the thread some 10 hours later, I double checked to see if it made it to the boards...and there is my previous post. I don't understand what's going on. My threads are posted, then vanishing, then occasionally reappearing.

Is it possible that my threads/responses are there but my computer isn't "seeing" them?

I've sent notes...don't know what else to do but posting is becoming a real waste of time.

Dirtgirl......I'm sorry you're having so much trouble. Is it possible that you need to refresh your page more often, in order to see the post you just posted?
Has the administration here helped you out at all?
Why don't you try refreshing/reloading your page more often and see if that helps.

no, I tried all of that too....things seem to be working for now. My next step was going to be trying the laptop to eliminate the possibility of there being a problem on my end.

On the birder's site, not only was the post gone, but I didn't know there had been a response either.
Hoping it is straightened out now...I like it here!!
