Bird bath dripper working from sm recirculating pump?

| I have a 0.5 GPH dripper connected to 1/4" tubing,and connected to hose connector. I want to get a small fountain pump,connect to hose connection of 1/4",and put pump in a 5 gallon bucket to drip,instead of connecting to potable water? Does anyone think my idea will work? John |

| Can't see why not, mine works just fine using a 20gal and the head is 2ft.and I still get good flow. |
