United Wildlife Control? (birds in chimney)

We have birds nested in our chimney, I think they're ok but making a lot of noise (rumblings coming from fireplace throughout the day & lots of chirping). I'd like to have them removed but in a humane way, I found www.unitedwildlife.com online but don't know anything about them.
Does anyone know anything about this company?
How much does removal usually cost?
Will they also put up preventive screens/caps for you?

| Save yourself a bunch of money and just wait them out, they should be gone in a couple weeks. You probably have chimney swifts. I am not up on their timetable, but if you can already hear them peeping they should be leaving on their own soon. Bulebirds are 18 to 20 days from hatchling to fledgeling. Most other birds are near that with a few acceptions. Cap chimney as soon as you don't hear them and are sure they are gone. |

| Yes, moving them will disturb the parents and orphan them. It will be a coupple of weeks before they leave the nest, then cap the chimney, or they and/or other animals will nest there, and the problem will start all over. |

| I think chimney sweeps will put on caps. They will make sure the chimney is clean once the birds move on. |
