My Dog Found The Ugliest Toad???Frog ..

I heard her bark went and looked under this bush was the ugliest toad,frog I ever saw.Ive seen alot of toads etc I have a large farm pond and a goldfish,koi pond .It was like a real bright lime colored.Its head was square.looked like it had spikes klike on its head.
UGLY.Never saw anything like it.What was it?I got her away not knowing.My hubby said its the new 2005 model

I dont think it had lines on its back.It was just a brite lime green.square head.U G L Y..What is this?Is this native to Pa?
