| Oh, she's beautiful. Thanks! I will "debut" the program tomorrow. It's called "Your Wild Backyard." In it I teach about how for many of us, nature begins in our backyards, and how backyards can be ecosystems. I will go over the different habitats in various backyards, and how to find critters if you know what you're looking for. I emphasize the importance of enhancing backyard habitats with native plants and flowers, providing more food, cover and breeding areas. I also have a focus on the importance of bugs, and how they work in the food web, and I talk about the role snags play in forests. Thank you all. Elly |
