| Is there anyone that can identify this snake? It was taken near Mosul, Iraq.

| No I didn't take the picture. My son that is serving in the Army over in Iraq sent me the picture. He was told that it was taken up near Mosul, Iraq. However, someone on another forum said the following: The picture was taken in South Africa, not Iraq. It is of an African Rock python. |
