| Lucky you! If you google using 'pan roasted hen-of-the-woods mushroom' (or something like that) you'll come up with zillions of good suggestions. I'll attach one site which explains a bit how to clean and store it, besides some cooking ideas. I'd be sorely tempted to cook it with some savory herbs (like fresh thyme and rosemary), butter, and then add some wild rice. What a perfect side for chicken or pork! |
