How hardy are these vegetables?

I just moved to a cooler-winter climate (some lows in the mid 20's in Jan.), and I would like to try planting a winter garden as usual, but I am wondering which plants are likely to stand the cold and which ones aren't. (I would plant in late summer/early fall to help them get established before frost). Lettuce, snap peas, beets, Swiss chard, potatoes, rutabaga, bok choy or Chinese cabbage?

I think all of those plants will withstand cold weather...... especially the bok choy swiss chard beets and peas....... don't forget about collard spinach and other greens....... Are you in the mid 20s in zone 9.....???????

Are you planning on giving these plants any winter protection? Some of them are ok for cooler weather, but they can't all handle frost.

Leeks, kale, and brussels sprouts do very well in cool weather, which brings out their best flavors.
