Multiplier onions

I won some multiplier onions on ebay but I am unsure as to how to proceed with planting. Should I break the clump of bulbs into individual bulbs and plant each bulb or plant the clump.

RE: Multiplier onions

You can plant them either way. If you want clumps, like daffodils, don't break them apart. If you want a row, like veggies, break them apart and spread them out. This is a delightful plant. SB
