 o
vegetables/fruit for winter in zones 2-3

What vegetables and fruit are harvested in winter or can overwinter in zones 2 and 3? I know that Fameuse apples will ripen just as winter arrives, and that rutabagas, spinach, bunch/walking onions, are harvested in or can stand through the winter, and herbs such as thyme are evergreen. Does anyone know of some others?
