mold? on kale in greenhouse

he older kale plants in my winter greenhouse look basically healthy, but there are little spots of gray fuzzy stuff that brushes off easily on their leaves. What is this? What can I do about it?

The greenhouse is attached to our house, so it never freezes and is probably in the 50s much of the time. I'm watering the plants from overhead with a watering can. I have supplemental grow lights over some plants , including one mildly affected kale plant--most of the affected kale is not under lights. The chard, tatsoi, lettuce and basil in the greenhouse don't seem to be affected; neither does the younger kale.
