I planted mine in the spring many years ago, so I'm sure they're safe to move now. Most lilies are pretty durable anyway.

It is best to move them in the Fall, when they are dormant. This gives them time to establish new roots before Spring. You should also be able to move them now, since they have not yet sprouted - if you don't have to dig through the mud to do so. Flowering may be reduced for this year, but they will spring back at full strength next year.
