Yellow daisies ??

I have seen the most beautiful yellow flowers blooming in the city boulevards right now and I just can identify them. They have a slightly shaded petals, very deep yellow and look like daisies. Do daisies bloom this time of year (July)? The plant has to be about 24 - 36 inches tall and the flowers look like gerbera daisies (not quite as many petals). The plant looks similar to a daisy. Its not a black-eyed susan, I know that for a fact.

Is it possible you can take a photo and submit it?
There are several possibilities.
The first one that comes to mind is Rudbeckia,'Goldsturm'.
But it could also be Heliopsis, 'Venus', or maybe some kind of
Coreopsis.

Maybe someone else has an idea.
