1 Flower Garden

If you could only plant 1 flower in a shade garden -- and 1 flower in a full sun garden - What flower would you use? I would plant hosta in the shade, because of the variety -- and phlox in the sun, for the same reason. Mary

Hmmm, torn between Hosta and Heuchera for shade.
For sure, 'wild' type roses for sun.
