You can still plant deciduous plants (like lilac) now, although it would have been better earlier. Spring budbreak probably won't lag much, if at all, but expect slower growth.

I bought these for 75% off and thought I would try to get them in last weekend, but didn't. I might just overwinter them in my garage.
