In the Cumberland area here, and although our average may have been 10"(heard on one broadcast 16"), it's very windy here and we had many drifts of about 3', one being up against our door, LOL. At least it covered up my cinder blocks which have Thyme in them.

The wind did make it hard to judge how much snow we received & I heard from numerous people that they had snow drifts so high on some of their house doors that they couldn't open them. Several hours after I posted those snowfall numbers above from the local papers web site, they posted a revised number for Eau Claire from the NWS, we got 22" in a 24 hr. period so its quite possible that your amounts could have been more also.
