plant identification

gaden

I found an unusual plant growing at the edge of my woods this past summer and would like to know what it is. It has a single stalk with opposing fern-like leaves (eliptical pointed) with yellow bulb-shaped flowers. The stalk does not grow straight up, but rather leans to the clear side of the woods(toward the sunlight?). The flowers are on the underside. Including the time spent building my house I have walked the grounds for the last 5 years and have never seen it before. Any ideas, anyone? Yes, I plan on taking a sample to a nursery, but just thought I'd try here for now.
