Nothing has eaten the rhizomes of my trilliums, although rabbits and deer have eaten the tops. I have had pink lady slippers disappear, probably from voles, and I also lost a Fraser's sedge and other sedges to voles. I have too many native arisaemas to notice if the voles are eating some, but I have only a few oriental arisaemas, and they have survived five years without damage. I may just be lucky, or maybe my voles prefer other things. This is just my personal experience...have not read anything about trilliums and vole damage.

Thanks. We've had two years now without an acorn crop, and the voles are eating so much in the garden.

I've had problems with voles eating my Ginseng roots.

Oh boy, I can see it won't be long until I have to cage all the roots/bulbs/corms and such to keep them safe. I don't even try to grow tulips anymore.
