Thirsty trees

Due to a terrible hard-pan problem in this area, my leach field will not properly handle all of the effluent from the septic tank. Is there a recommendation available for a tree(s) that are thirsty enough to help suck up some of this excess ground water? When digging, I can usually hit very moist soil at about 3-4'. Also, due to the design and type of leach line, I'm not too concerned with the roots blocking the leach field.

Thanks
