Propogation of Jack-in-the-Pulpit plants

I planted some Arisaema seeds last (a year ago) winter and several sprouted last spring. Of these, 4 have made it through the winter outside in 4" pots, and have now sprouted. Should I keep them in the pots for another year before planting them out or would it be better to plant them into the garden this year to get them better established? Or would it be better to just sink the pots into the ground for this year?

What to do?
