A planting of Silverbell, Longstemmed Holly and Coreopsis Paucifolia - under the canopy of an Old Oak - is in need of a âÂÂFrame.â Underneath this lovely planting is a long Old Cement Curb, 18â high, which would best be hidden by Perennials or Shrubs which are ***Happy in Zone 5 ***Shade Loving ***Low Growing preferably under 18â ***Arching/Drooping Habit, to cover or obscure the cement curb ***Motif: Northeast woodland âÂÂaestheticâ (I have seas of ferns, sedge, woodland wildflowers, etc) ***likes Moisture ***Ferns: do you know of a Fern that is not predominantly upright, and would Droop over a low wall? ***either Evergreen or Deciduous.
