Can anyone tell me what this plant is? It grows wild in our woods and I don't want to pull it out if it is something desirable.

| It looks like a viburnum. If it seems to be a shrub and the leaves are arranged opposite one another, then I'd suggest you compare it to Viburnum acerifolium (Mapleleaf viburnum). A nice plant, drought and shade tolerant, creating flowers for pollinators and berries for birds. |

Is this plant tall or small? If small, it could be any one of several woodland plants with the blue berry, from Canada Moonseed to Waterleaf. How about more info? Pondy |

| It is about 4 feet tall. That is English Ivy you see below it (what a nightmare THAT is!) |
