Washington state wildflower identification help

This year I found a little wildflower that I haven't seen before and was wondering if anyone knows what it might be. It grows in deep shade in a little grove of red cedar and white fir trees. It is blooming now and has a small upright white flower with six petals and six stamens. It has three basal leaves at the bottom of the plant. They are long and oval, barely pointed and have a white fuzz on the underside. They spred with runners and they about six inches high. There are three leaves with one flower comming from the center. If anyone has any ideas I would greatly appreciate them

TIA

Nancy
