 o
native woodland grass or sedge?

My backyard was wooded/untouched and I am trying to restore it back. I am wondering what this grass is that is now overtaking my yard? Its quite pretty, bunched, and is growing in what is now part sun. I like it, but there is just ALOT of it. There are a few different varities of grasses, this being my favorite.

Here is a link that might be useful: grass? sedge? what??

Try this link and see if it looks like Microstegium vimineum (Japanese stilt grass).
