Pretty yellow/orange flower on woodland plant

This plant is on a trail where I bike. It's in either shade or mottled sunlight, and probably moist soil. I thought the flowers were quite pretty and was wondering if anyone knew what sort of plant it is?

I've included a link to a pic of it.

Jewelweed there is also a rarer yellow form. Although some discount the use I find the sap is good to heal a poison ivy infection on my hubby but some people apparently have skin rashes with the sap so use caution.

The humming birds and butterflies love the plant.

Yep. Jewelweed or touch-me-not. This one is Spotted Touch-me-not Impatiens capensis. The yellow species ( Impatiens pallida) is lovely too but it isn't as common.

Here's an article on touch-me-nots that I thought you might enjoy....
