This stuff is taking over an untended garden out in the country. Is this a native plant and if so, anyone know what it is?

It is a native vine, Campsis radicans - Trumpet Creeper. It can be aggressive, yes.

Thank you so much. I'm trying to figure out what to keep in this abandoned garden and what needs to go. That trumpet creeper sure is pretty but you're right, "aggressive" is an understatement. It is busy trying to cover every paved area, who knows what is doing up on the hillside. Oh my.......I am going to be busy.

Thanks for the ID!!!
