American Persimmon tree spacing for a tiny orchard

Hello,
I would like to plant some American Persimmon trees. Please offer you suggestions for cultivars and spacing.
We have a small unused plot of land, about 2000 sq-ft in area. It is shaped somewhat like an isosceles triangle with a 36' base and 100' sides. It is shown in red on the attached drawing.
I want to maximize fruit/pulp production in the relative short run, 5 to 15 years. We live in Raleigh, NC -- Zone 7.
