Looks really great if you are able to establish it.
My garden is in the Seattle area. I have had a single plant for 10 years. Although it blooms, I have not seen any seedlings so far. Maybe you should try:

They are a Wholesale Nursery and offer Beargrass "Tubes"
Maybe the will sell you some or they can you refer to a retailer.

P.S. They do bloom infrequently so you should get more than one or two.
