I'm new to this forum but not new to garden writing. I've been doing freelance newspaper and magazine articles for awhile and contract marketing and communications work, as well.

I've got a new opportunity for which I've been asked to put together a brief proposal. It's a one-shot spring gardening magazine for newsstands. Does anyone have experience putting something like that together? I'm comfortable estimating hours but I want to be sure my fee is within range.

Also, I'm going to need some good stock photo sources. Suggestions are appreciated!
