I usually hang out on other forums, but popped in here for a quick look round. Nice to see a few familiar names here.

I had posted some ramblings on a forum & several responses suggested submitting the post to a magazine to publish, which had never entered my head before. They even suggested a particular column of a particular magazine. In general, how is that done? I'm hoping someone here has had an article published in a national magazine, and can give me a brief lesson. Anyone?

I have been selected, by virtue of being the sole volunteer, to write a newsletter for a loosely organized garden club, so I may pop in here from time to time, although I do not consider myself a writer. Cheers.
