You can ws almost any veggie. I'm on the east coast so I'm not familiar with your climate or the specifics of when, but I've had success with tomatoes, lettuce, broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower and onions with ws -- at least in terms of them sprouting. Once they're in the garden I'm still working out the broccoli and cauliflower which don't thrive here in the spring because it gets too warm too fast lately and they like cool weather. I direct sow peas, cukes and grean beans.
