Is the above mentioned a quality lawn fertilizer? Is it comparable to Scotts and Greenview brands?

I have the 12 12 12 fertilizer and it doesnt have my spreder rate, which I have a scotts easy green, any idea what I set the rate at?? thank you

I have a Red Devil Rotary Spreader and it isn't listed on the bag of 20-4-10 fertilizer with the pre emergent. What would the setting be?
