paulieinctUpdated I believe both genetics and environment are at play. Nutritional deficiencies, such as iron, too little nitrogen, may show up as anemic-looking leaves. Also, overwatering will do the same. Roses grown in shade, if they grow at all...

bethnorcal9Updated I've had mine for yars. Probably got it the yr it came out. It's in full sun most of the day and I don't think it's ever reached more than maybe 30". It seems to stay mostly around 2ft or so.
