canadian_rose(zone 3a)Updated I loved that rose (left behind in a move)!!! It was my favorite of all 50 of my roses. My blooms were way bigger though, and more of a darker red. Tons of blooms all summer. Love all the buds yours has!!! Carol

bgroseUpdated Thanks for the information about the pink roses too. They are really lovely. Orchid looks more like a lotus, so incredibly beautiful and oriental. The photo is sligtly blurred but even that cannot hide the loveliness of the rose.

geodave(z 4 MN)Updated Thank you for your responses. I try to create an image with roses that sticks, so many great shots of roses are as fleeting as the rose itself. In this picture are Leverkusen, Gen. Jack, and a unknown gallica.
